News from Jan 20, 2021
trAndeS presents the online module "Desigualdades multidimensionales e interdependientes" (English: "Multidimensional and interdependent inequalities").
The course is now freely accessible on the trAndeS homepage, and the module is in Spanish.
This virtual course is an introduction to the study of social inequalities understood as multidimensional and interdependent inequalities. Participants will get an introduction to the study of inequality, learn about the concept of multidimensional and interdependent inequalities, acquire knowledge about the production and reproduction of inequalities, and get an overview of tools that can contribute to the reduction of social inequalities.
The online module is intended for students and faculty, as well as anyone interested in the topic. The course does not presuppose any previous knowledge and is therefore interesting for beginners but also, thanks to some more in-depth topics, for people who are experts in the field. With various examples, graphics, exercises and further references, this module is intended to allow a rich self-learning experience.
