Postdoctoral Scholars start their research stays

The postdoctoral scholars Teresa Bornschlegl and Elizabeth Jimenez began their research stays in Lima
Elizabeth Jimenez Zamora began her two-month investigation period on September 11, in Lima.
Her research topic is “Globalization, agricultural transformations and the role of exports: A comparative analysis of livelihoods strategies among small-scale farmers in Bolivia, Laos, Nepal and Rwanda”.
Teresa Bornschlegl investigates the challenges and opportunities that arise from the use of geospatial technologies for the environmental oversight of extractive industries. The project started the 1st of June in Ecuador and will be continued now in Lima, Peru.
